Banksia Bakehouse in Sydney is offering customers a set of four éclairs for $38, and the sweet French pastry desserts are available for just three days only.
Each box contains four varieties including Biscoff chocolate, red velvet, passionfruit meringue, and strawberry cheesecake.

Customers can order the set online for pick-up between Friday and Sunday.
Many said they couldn’t wait to taste the creations over the weekend, with one saying: ‘They look beyond delicious.’
The éclairs are the latest limited-edition creation from Banksia Bakehouse, a boutique cafe in Sydney CBD known for its rotating menu of experimental desserts.
The bakery, which is open from 8am to 2pm from Tuesday to Sunday for locked-down Sydneysiders living within 5km, is known for using locally grown ingredients from Australian producers wherever possible.
The store’s website is filled with decadent desserts, including a $40 matcha basque cheesecake, a $12 sticky date croissant and a flourless chocolate cake.
Another standout is the $50 ‘pastry care package’ that’s perfect for lockdown which includes a plain croissant, an almond croissant, a cramington, a Croque monsieur croissant, a Vegemite cheese croissant and a Nutella cruffin.

The cubes, which took several months to perfect, were created to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the first-ever lamington, believed to have been invented by French chef Armand Galland for the Queensland Governor, Lord Lamington.
‘We use the same technique as we used to make our other croissants, but this one is cut into different shapes with thicker layers,’ Banksia baker Chris Sheldrick said.
‘What better way to pay homage to both the French creator and the cake’s namesake than with a fusion-style French croissant and an Aussie lamington.’
