Oxford itself was the only areas which bucked this trend, seeing a decrease of 26 compared to the previous seven day period.
Of the other four local authority areas in Oxfordshire, all went up to some degree.
Cherwell had by far the biggest rise, going up by 196 cases which took the rate per 100,000 people to 423.5.
The figures, for the seven days to September 4, are based on the number of people who have tested positive for Covid-19 in either a lab-reported or rapid lateral flow test, by specimen date.
The rate is expressed as the number of new cases per 100,000 people.
