The Latest: Robin Montgomery sweeps US Open girls’ titles
Robin Montgomery won a second U.S. Open girls’ title of the day when she and partner Ashlyn Krueger took the doubles championship. Montgomery, who turned 17 last Sunday, won the girls singles title earlier Saturday. Michaella Krajicek of the Netherlands was the last player to sweep the U.S. Open girls’ singles and doubles titles, in 2004.
