A PERSON was spotted riding their e-scooter on a busy Oxfordshire road.
A motorist, who has asked not to be named, managed to capture the rider on their dash cam while driving on the A34 northbound on Wednesday.

They said they were driving about 1.5 miles from the Pear Tree interchange at 9.40am when they saw a person riding an e-scooter on the carriageway.
The dash cam footage shows the rider wearing a helmet, on the left side of the road.
It is against the law to use a privately owned e-scooter. If you use an e-scooter illegally:
- you could face a fine
- you could get penalty points on your licence
- the e-scooter could be impounded
