A Russian airstrike on a humanitarian aid centre and shelter in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region has killed at least 33 people, with more than 50 still missing. Rescuers continue searching the rubble after the attack hit a school used for aid distribution. The strike came ahead of planned US-led peace talks in Abu Dhabi. European leaders and the EU are coordinating further support for Ukraine’s winter energy needs. Kyiv has condemned the attack as targeting civilians.
